We are a reading and listening center for those who are music heads, musically challenged, or suffer from boredom. Weather you love music, are out of the loop, or looking to earn some cool points, this is the place for you. You're bound to find something interesting. If not then we do issue rain checks and would like to be notified if you have any suggestions, questions, riddles or hum-dingers.

To Our Guests:
If It's your first time here clicking on the band name will take you to the bands website and clicking on the song title will lead you to the YouTube video for the song. Links are good until they are taken down and we can not promise that they will be around forever. We do ask that if you enjoy your time here and happen to discover something you like please visit your neatest local record store, or iTunes, or band website and purchase something. We encourage fair practice between customer and supplier. All parties interested in re-entry may bookmark the site for easy access all you have to do is click here! We will allow requests for a personal mix CD/YouTube playlist (trades are always fun), and would appreciate any comments. We want to make sure your experience here is awesome so we have decided to give you a little tutorial on how the blog works. Below in the posts you will see a bunch of rambling words. Under that you will see something that looks like this...

Artist - Song Name

Both the artist and song name are clickable links, and each one will take you to a different destination. If you click on the artist or band name you will be directed to their home on the internet. If you click on the song name you will be directed to the YouTube video for that song. Not all videos are music videos that you can watch, in fact a lot of them are not. We chose not to put the videos on the actual blog page because, quite frankly there are those of us who don't have badass internet and would rather not wait around all day for 50 YouTube videos to load. All links will only last as long as the site/video is up on it's respective site. If something isn't there any longer you're going to have to go old school and Google it (or whatever search engine you kids use these days). We will try to make all links open up in a separate window so you don't have to keep hitting the back button, we want you to explore our site, not lose it in a fury of fun internet pages.

We are just now rolling out our RopBopBlog YouTube Channel. Please check it out. Eventually it will host all of our old mixes, and future monthly wrap-ups where we pick the best of the best for that month and make a nifty little playlist for you. Please subscribe to get all the fresh content.

Last but not least thank you so much for spending you precious time perusing our blog. We don't get paid for doing this, and we don't get free stuff from the bands we talk about either. We do this because we love music, and we love sharing music with others. You are what keeps us motivated to create new content.
